On4d Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the on4d platform by users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing or using the on4d platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the on4d platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, as well as the Privacy Policy and any other policies published by on4d from time to time.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the on4d platform. on4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the platform after such changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The on4d platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. on4d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account suspected of belonging to an underage individual.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the on4d platform. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without a refund of any remaining balance.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. on4d reserves the right to verify user identity at any time and may request supporting documents such as a national ID, bank statement, or proof of address for verification purposes.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. on4d will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to keep your login information secure.
- One account per user only.
- Registration information must be truthful and accurate.
- Passwords must be kept secure and must not be shared.
- Report any suspicious activity to the on4d support team immediately.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
On4d users agree not to misuse the platform in any way. This includes, but is not limited to: attempting to exploit the system, using automated software or bots to place bets, manipulating game outcomes, sharing accounts, or engaging in any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.
Any attempt to exploit technical bugs, odds errors, or system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. on4d reserves the right to void any transactions or winnings obtained through such means and to take further action against the account in question.
Users are strictly prohibited from using the on4d platform for money laundering or financing any illegal activity. on4d cooperates with the relevant authorities and will report any suspected suspicious activity in accordance with Malaysia's applicable anti-money laundering laws.
- The use of bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Any form of fraud or manipulation is strictly prohibited.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction.
- On4d reserves the right to terminate the account of any user who violates these rules.
4. Payment Information and Transactions (MYR)
All transactions on the on4d platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include local bank transfers via FPX, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other local payment methods listed in the platform's deposit section.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the selected payment method. Current limits are displayed within the deposit interface. on4d is not responsible for any additional fees charged by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered under the same name as the on4d account holder. on4d reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before approving any withdrawal. Processing time is between one and three business days, depending on the selected method.
On4d reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending investigation if any suspicious or unlawful activity is suspected. All deposits are final and non-reversible once credited to your gaming account.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
On4d is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses due to service interruptions, technical errors, or game outcomes. on4d's services are provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties.
Account Suspension and Closure
On4d reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, multiple account usage, or other security-related reasons. In cases of account closure due to a violation, any remaining balance may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of on4d's internal investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the on4d platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of on4d or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission from on4d.
Third-Party Links
The on4d platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. on4d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to those sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
On4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the terms currently in force.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
